What kind of venue is glöd?

Glöd is an intimate private dining venue in the heart of Vaasa, combining Nordic design, warmth, and a touch of fire.

We host private dinners, company events, and exclusive chef experiences for groups of up to 26 guests for dining or 16 guests in the sauna area.

What kind of food do you serve?

Our menus are based on seasonal Nordic ingredients, prepared with care and simplicity.

Guests can choose between our Sauna Platters or signature menus: Hav, Land, or Skog - or enjoy a custom “Exclusive Dinner” tailored for private events.

Do you serve alcohol?

Yes. Glöd is a licensed venue and offers a curated wine and beverage list.

Our wine packages are designed to complement each course, and we also serve cocktails, beers, ciders, long-drinks and non-alcoholic alternatives.

Can we adjust the menu?

Groups choose their menu in advance, but we happily accommodate individual dietary needs or allergies, for example, switching a dish for one person.

Menu selections should be confirmed one week before the event.

How does booking & payment work?

Once your event is confirmed, we’ll send a booking summary.

Payment can be made by invoice or card, and final adjustments (guest count, menu details) should be finalized one week before the event.
